« The place was recently remodeled and extremely clean. The host is very nice and basically had a small store available with lots of helpful items available. I recommend asking about flushing toilet paper in the unit before booking. »

« Host was responsive and helpful when contacted. Overall a positive experience. The only issue we had was the place appeared to have been hurriedly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was something sticky on the front of the refrigerator and on the floor of one of the bedrooms, which we were able to clean no problem. Otherwise a positive stay! »

« Patty was a wonderful host to our family while we stayed in her basement for 6 weeks to help our daughter move. Patty was super helpful with neighborhoods and giving us her take on Denver living. It was much appreciated. The basement itself was cozy and comfortable with everything you might need. The location was close to hospital which we were looking for. We highly recommend! »

« Stay away from this property, we arrived and nothing what is was in the pictures. The owner of this property is using other pictures to pass this property off as legit. We arrived and left to a hotel within 15 minutes of arriving. We documented everything with pictures. The floors are not white or new, they are brown, with holes all over the place. « There were hair and particles everywhere including on the new towels, under the bed sheets, bathroom floor, and even on the kitchen counter. There were empty gatorade and water bottles on the front porch upon arrival. A neighbor working on their vehicle at 2am so we could not get any sleep. I expected the home to be more clean according to the photos, but only the kitchen was somewhat dust-free. »
