"Our electricity had went out due to weather so we had to go to a hotel due to lack of heat at our house. When we got there the staff seemed very uncaring and otherwise distracted hanging out with each other talking in a group. The pool was closed down as well as the kitchen. The rooms were dirty as well as smelly. We woke up to have the to go breakfast they peovided and the cream cheese was so molded it was black and green and hard as a rock. The juice was messed up. I had asked for help and that seemed to be a whole situation as it took 3 very hateful staff members to fix it. When i go to drink it the floaties in it made me think its probably not cleaned. So we packed up and we went to go buy breakfast. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. They need to do better. That could have made people very sick. I had to 1 star but i wish i didnt have to put any. "

"Musty smell in room. Grossly stained washcloth. Something yellow/orange and hard on the bed fitted sheet. I’ve provided photos to the hotel and received a sarcastic response with “we apologize”. I reached out to corporate and have heard nothing back. "
