« Booking our stay was very easy and communication before check in was great. The day of check in was very smooth with a keyless entry and code was sent a day prior with no issues. When we arrived at property the yard was not mowed and was not mowed till the day before departure. Inside the home there were only one item to last a whole week (laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, paper towel roll and one trash bag) this was for an entire week of stay. The bedrooms did not have anywhere to place...

« The last time I stayed at a rental, it was full of spiders (see my Google review). I was terrified to try again. My stay at The Great Atlantic was WONDERFUL!!!! The house was spotless, it was updated, and everything was in its dedicated space. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. I have nothing negative to say about our stay!! I encourage anyone to stay there. You won’t regret it. »

« Beautiful view and water front. Nice and private location. House could use some TLC but okay. Water smells, bought water to drink. Bought light bulbs only 3 working ones on arrival. Luckily the wind shifted getting rid of the biting flies for the week. Could use outdoor lights for night time. Overall okay experience the water and view made it worth while. »

« We so loved this appartement ! The location is superb, near the beaches and the city, but in a quiet street, in a really secured area. We felt right at home in the guest house - there's everything you need if you want to cook a good meal at the end of the day, or just relax in front of the tv in the morning. The bathroom is spacious, the bed comfy and everything was perfectly clean. We met the ower once, a very nice gentleman. We recommand this place without any hesitation! »
