The outside patio is something to enjoy You will find a $25 gift card from Johnny's Bar/restaurant on the desk. USE IT!! The service, and food are incredible. We had small plates and I was not expecting the food to be anywhere near the type and quality we got. You would be thrilled to get food like this at a high end restaurant,and it is so reasonable you won't believe it. The servers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The stay at Johnny's VRBO was our last two days of our Colorado trip, and they were the best. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Johnny is a super nice guy who takes his businesses seriously and provides the highest service at reasonable price. The home was spotless and a delight to stay in. We wish there were a lot more proprietors like Johnny. Stay there and you won't regret it. Jun 11, 2023 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Location, listing accuracy #### Property Description Upon arrival and unloading all of our items, the first thing I did was turn on the TV. I'm a freelance contributor for hockey, and there was no cable. Although advertised as Satellite/Cable. Johnny's response was he cancelled cable because it was too expensive. He did offer $50 to go to a bar close by, but we don't drink. We asked for a refund and left the next morning. After a week and frustrating communication with VRBO, the partial refund was received, although Johnny stated it would be a full refund. There were also kernels of food (cat or dog) on the desk and floor, which our dog found and ate. There were ants on the bathroom floor. The patio was dirty and we felt unsafe, as there were creepy neighbors on the second floor deck leering at us in the evening. Would not consider staying here again. If you want to see some daylight, this would not be the place. ##### Debbie H.
