There are only window units for AC and not one in the kids room so it was hot in that room. It should be stated in the listing that this is a split level home with 3 staircases in case stairs are an issue for anyone (like our special needs daughter). I was frustrated with lack of checkin info from the host - we didn’t receive instructions or house access by check-in time. I tried to reach the host through message and phone call without success. One of our teens slept on the sofa, but was very comfortable. The house was close to food and shopping stores. Best of all, for us, it was close to our family who lives in CO.
