    We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks

    Because we are in a family neighborhood, we ask that you observe quiet hours after 10:00PM. Also, due to the fire danger in our area year round, we ask that you do not smoke at any time on our property.


    We also wanted you to be aware of that you're staying in a Pet Friendly Home even though you're not bringing any dogs etc.

    This means you might see a dog hair etc in the home from previous dogs.

    Every home is deep cleaned but there may be occasions where there is some pet hair that may have been missed.

    It is windy here so dust can accumulate and its pet friendly so there will be pet hair from time to time just the nature of being pet friendly.

    Please be aware of your surroundings. We are in the Foothills. We've had Bears in our Yard. We've had Deer in our backyard. Or numerous other wild animals.

    You might see Moth or Spider or mouse in the house. which is normal due to the mountain living.

    Pets on furniture and Beds/Linen that requires extra Cleaning or Replacement of Linen it's a $250-$1000 additional Charge

This is a beautiful home, well-kept and clean. Comfortable furniture and bedding, easy check-in, and prompt responses from host any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again!!

We were in town for softball for a week. The house was located in the middle of restaurants and close enough to the fields. The house was easy to find, very clean, and spacious enough for 4 families to stay comfortably for a week. The backyard was nice to have to relax in the evenings to let the kids run all the energy off. If we come back next year we definitely hope to stay there again.

The host company only communicates via email or text. The written communication was not always clear. And they were sometimes completely non-responsive. I was very disappointed regarding the cleanliness of items in the kitchen. I had to wash everything before we used it. Quality of home and furnishings was very basic. I had to clean out gobs of hair before I used the washer. Sheets/mattress pad had stains. No lights for reading in bedrooms, and no nightlights in dark hallways. No fans for hot nights. We found old dog poop in the yard. The house next door looks abandoned with trash everywhere. I would have enjoyed my stay more, had the host company been more responsive and personal. I did not like that when I had difficulties, they refused to speak with me on the phone. The communication was so poor at times, I thought I was dealing with an overseas 3rd party company. They should record phone calls if they need proof of conversations instead of relying on 100% written communication. The whole process felt very impersonal, I would not choose to stay in this host management companies properties in the future.
