The staff member checking us in took forever. She looked at us like we were speaking a different language or something I have no idea why she wasn’t understanding us when we were very calm, clear and patient. She then put us on the first floor. We requested a different floor since the property was not very busy then she proceeded to tell us she couldn’t because we checked in 30 minutes prior. We had just checked in 2 minutes ago, not 30! Then she said to stay out of the room on the first floor and we told her we never even entered the room in the first place. Then she gave us one key instead of 2 keys for a third floor room. Then the next day the key stopped working instead of working for an entire extra day we were staying. So someone else got us new keys without checking our id at all. We’ll pass on these places in the future.

We have stayed here before. It is nice and clean. Convenient to the interstate. Nice to stay with the puppy. Breakfast is soso. I might suggest you add English Breakfast tea to your selection.

My wife owns a professional commercial & residential cleaning company & the first thing she does after arriving in any hotel room is to inspect the bathroom. The bathroom & the room passed her inspection, well done.

Easy to get to. Very great staff, friendly and helpful. The room was clean but had a strong BO smell that we couldn’t seem to get rid of. The shower pressure was also horrendous and practically non existent. The building itself was very clean and up to date.

Great place to stay
The location is great. Off the beaten path somewhat. Rooms are clean and service was professional and prompt. We had a couple of other people staying there that would slam their doors at night, but not the hotels fault, just people with no common courtesy for others. But, other than that, we recommend it

Staff was friendly, but housekeeping was lacking. It is a green hotel, but the trash was not empty on a daily basis and we had to request replenishments of toilet paper and coffee several times.

Oh boy where do I begin. Hotel was nice however they put us in a room that had a door that joined another room so we could hear the entire conversation of the people next door alll night king so no sleep like we heard them cough talk heard their dog grumble snore it was bad then we heard everyone in the hall as well. The coffee in the rooms was not good so we went down to get some which was much better but one cup each we went back for a refill and no more coffee it was 730 breakfast went for two more hours we asked about more coffee they stated no more was being made. Very disappointing there were only 3 pillows on the bed for two of us not sure who uses just one pillow but so disappointed we asked for another the front desk said housekeeping was off and they could only give out towels. So came in for an emergency trip for one night and after driving 4 hours after a long day at work I wanted sleep and got a total of 1 hour

Amazing customer service received from check in to end! The young lady who checked me in early was so polite and caring! I thought check in was at 11 and it was check out. She went to ask if it was ok and she came back and said yes!! Omg!! I will never forget this place and definitely will return! Clean rooms and clean fresh towels and hand towels, etc!

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Was told that they only have waffles, pastries , and boiled eggs. Not much of a choice if you’re watching your carbs for health reasons. I have stayed at many hotels with the same problem. Cleanliness and comfort are more important. Always have a good experience with Microtel chain.
