The large island is the perfect gathering place for friends and family and the kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs; there is also a coffee bar with additional seating. All the key amenities were supplied, and kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Very nice neighborhood, reasonable proximity to restaurants. The house was well-appointed, clean and spacious with an amazing kitchen. The beautiful deck has sweeping views of Pike’s Peak, but unfortunately is also located up the hill from a very busy and noisy street. Happily, you can’t hear any road noise in the house. A mistake was made with our checkout date, but the issue was quickly addressed and resolved by the host/property manager. Our door code didn’t work when we arrived and it took about 20 minutes on the phone to solve it, but the manager was quick to answer and helpful. The view of the mountains was great, but what isn’t in the pictures is the very noisy and busy street that runs alongside the house which at times made it a bit less relaxing sitting on the deck. The keurig was broken, but a new one was delivered the same day we reported it. And the beds were very firm which is not for me. Overall it was a good stay with a few minor issues. ##### Becky C. Very clean and you feel right at home when you walk in. Plenty of space to relax, hot tub and a beautiful deck. Maybe for some the traffic noise outside would be a bit much but I wasn’t there for a mountain retreat. So that is a far stretch for the one thing that was “wrong” with the place.
