Cozy Home

This feels like a real home and is spacious and comfortable. Our family of thirteen enjoyed both the outside and inside amenities. The location in the city is great because it has plenty of room for privacy yet is close to anything you would need during a vacation from shopping to fun experiences.

Beautiful Home!

From check in to check out, everything was a super easy process. Tanya was a wonderful host, and while caught in a snow storm while visiting Breckenridge, we got stuck for a day and a half, and she was so understanding and so very accommodating. Definitely recommend this stay. There was plenty of room and the scenery was amazing, and the home is beautiful!

New Years in CO Springs!

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate our sons first birthday and new years! The host was very responsive to any questions. We also brought our pets. There is a lot of space, both inside and outdoors. It was a great stay!

Mountain get away

We enjoyed our family trip to Colorado. The vrbo was comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub, the beds were comfy, we had a blast playing the meme game. It was great to have a grill and large kitchen table to enjoy meals together. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver.

Perfect for Family

This is the perfect place for family and the location was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet the living/dining room with a nice long table gives a space to come together again for meals and games. The outdoor area was rustic but spacious and the kids enjoyed the hot tub which was a nice bonus. We spotted deer, rabbits, chipmunks, and lots of birds. Also relax on the front deck and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. We would definitely come back to stay!

Outstanding vacation home

We had a group of 12, with 6 kids (ages 1,2,6,6,7, 10), their 4 parents and two grandparents. The house is very spacious and was perfect for our needs. We BBQ’d on the grill, played the arcade game downstairs and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was reasonably close to many local activities (Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, the North Pole, Garden of the Gods, the list goes on and on.) The back patio and covered deck were fantastic places to relax outside away from the noise…😂 We would definitely stay here again.

Family Colorado Home

Our stay here was great. Everything was described as it is. There was a third shower in the basement, which was nice with 15 people staying. Plenty of seating for meals between outside and inside and space for everyone to spread out. FYI- There are many stairs to the main floor, if you have someone with accessibility issues. It’s in a beautiful area of Colorado Springs, easy to find. Very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely amazing!

I don't know where to even begin with how absolutely fabulous our stay was. The house we had originally booked had an unforeseen issue. Tanya called us and informed us of the issue and immediately relieved any concerns by offering us a bigger and actually better house that was more suited to our needs. We were a very small senior class on senior trip and had some specific room needs. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciate Tanya and her drive to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. Thank you so much, Tanya, for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

Family trip

The property was beautiful and it was very spacious. The views were perfect!! The proximity to the stores was a plus. My only complaints were that the email with instructions for the code excluded additional steps needed to enter the house. I had to call the host for extra instructions, however she was very pleasant. The appliances are outdated and the wine glasses, drinking glasses were shatterproof material that disappointed my wine. The cooking utensils and pans are old and didn’t work very well and the refrigerator began cooling well on day 2. I would definitely stay again if those updates were made.

Beautiful Home

This is a nice spacious home that offers amazing views of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the water had water conditioner added to it which made for a very nice shower experience. The host was very responsive and the space was very clean. This was a perfect place to celebrate a birthday and spend time with family. One thing to note. There is only two televisions in the entire home. One is in the living room and is roughly a 36 inch television which is pretty small for such a large space. The other one is in the basement area where the bunk beds are for the kids which was helpful. It would have been nice to have televisions in the rooms. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, thank you for hosting us.

2024 Colorado Springs Family Trip

We had the whole family together in the house for 7 nights, the layout worked out very well for the 8 children having the basement with TV, games, and room to play. They also enjoyed playing ping pong for the 1st time. Most of our activities were within 25-30 minutes, and grocery stores were within 10 minutes. We had excellent communication between us and the host anytime we had a question or something to be taken care of. One thing people have to take into account is that with Colorado's climate, many places may not have central air conditioning despite 90 degree temps during the day. That is a bit of a challenge to get all rooms cool enough at night. Otherwise, for a large group this house worked out great!

We loved the location. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood with shopping nearby. We were within a 20 minute drive of the activities we wanted to do as well.The home was the perfect size for our group and had plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen was stocked with most of our cooking needs (could use a large colander though). Bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure. The showers were perfect.My favorite part though, was the deer that visited the yard daily. They were so beautiful.

Had a great stay. This property was perfectly sized and laid out for our stay. The younger kids really enjoyed the game room and the yard. Loved seeing all of the deer walk through the yard every day. We would gladly re-book next time we're in need off a large place.

Loved it!

Lovely property central to a lot of fun activities in CO Springs. We were less than 30 mins from the zoo, the incline, the penny arcade and even some solid nightlife.

Wonderful outdoor space for kids and pets. The downstairs great room/bunk room worked very well with our large group of teens. The place smelled a little musty, but was very clean. Mattresses were a bit dated, but we slept.

Family Gathering
