This place was just perfect. All the rooms were completely booked so we decided to rent out this cottage. The walk to the Broadmoor was only about 15 mins walk. PRO TIP: Park closer to avoid going through the neighborhoods that involve walking inclines.The property size was good enough for my husband and I for a weekend trip. The bed was comfortable.
