    Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy s south gate, 15 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from Park, movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

    We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with a Keurig, Coffee Pot, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Two bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 75 in flat screen TV with High Speed Xfinity WiFi and board games.

    We also have a foldable crib, Highchair, Stroller available if needed.

I couldn't be happier about the house we stayed in for our short trip to Colorado Springs. It was indeed cozy and fulfilled all our needs. It was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The house location was close to everything, so we never had to travel very far. The host always answered my emails promptly and was very nice. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation needs.

Perfect place

This property was such a great find! We loved the big yard for our two pups, and we especially loved that there was grass. Most other properties we looked at only had rock. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the bathrooms. Nice and clean. Having access to the garage was a huge plus! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone with pets. It is a great find that is spacious and comfortable for the whole family. The host was so kind and quick to respond.

As advertised, nice single family home with good bedroom sizes and lots of common areas. We liked that there was a garage for our car to stay out of the snow.

I couldn't figure out how to log out previous guest accounts on the TV so I had to use theirs to steam shows but that is probably user error. Also I noticed that ALL the soap dispensers had dish soap in them I didn't love that but it did the job.The space was perfect for what my family needed though and there was enough space we could spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other.It was also nice to have the option to park in the garage but without a code I had my 12 year old run into the house each time to open it.The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals (eating out all the time gets expensive) and Chad was kind enough to have some snacks and drinks there for us (my kids DEVOURED the pop tarts). We come down to the springs a lot since that's where our son is stationed so hopefully we'll have some more stays here in the future
