  • This little gem is in the heart of Woodland Park. This is ideal retires, out of state work assignment or remote working situation. This little cottage is centrally located. You can walk across the street and enjoy fresh veggies and breads at the farmers market, or just play with your grand kids, at the memorial park or hop in the car and head out to Pikes Peak Highway, Garden of the Gods, Mueller State Park, 11 Mile Canyon, Platte River fishing, Manitou springs, or Breckenridge. Or if you just want a relaxing stay away, walk to very close coffee shops, restaurants, and retail shops. Or take a nap in the hammock, have a BBQ, play board games on the patio set in the back yard, or roast marshmallows around the fire. You will just love getting away to the pines !
