Dancing Wolf Estates is a very private location yet close to restaurants, shopping, the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, and 45 minutes from Denver. Short Drive to Quiet Lakes w/ Paddle Boarding & Kayaking. Pets allowed Only if declared and approved. Enjoy the back patio with gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and casual seating. In the heated garage there's fun for family and friends with corn hole and jumbo size jenga, 1 C Barn sleeps 15 with open spaces for slumber parties up to 20 (extra guest fees of $10/night/guest apply for parties over 15 guests, for the 20 person overnight occupancy, some minimum stays apply for certain dates, bedding not provided for more than 15 guests). The combined gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area is perfect for hosting a larger group. This space also features a fireplace and sitting area. Downstairs, there is a separate TV family room with wet bar. There are 4 private bedrooms (two with lovely en-suite baths), 2 additional baths, and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. For sleeping we have 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 3 single fold out floor mattresses ("flip chairs"), 1 couch that converts to a double bed, and 2 regular couches. The home does not have A/C as it is situated in a high plains area at an elevation of 7500 ft and is equipped with several ceiling fans and many large windows to allow for good ventilation on warmer days. With timbers sourced out of the Black Forest burn, siding from the original homestead, and beetle kill pine throughout the interior, our space holds a refined country barn ambiance. We can accommodate larger groups for events such as weddings and other gatherings over 20, up to a maximum of 50\. Any event over 16 people is subject to additional terms and fees; message us for additional pricing and policies. We also have a listing across the street that can be rented for additional overnight guests. This is Badger Run, VRBO # 2115685\. If you contact Andrea, she has additional accommodations 12 minutes away at Pegasus Point, VRBO #3579680\. Either of these spaces have discounts available for simultaneous bookings, just mention you have another booking with us! Required short term rental agreement to follow all bookings via email. All reservations subject to booking at owner discretion based on the estate's schedule. All rates subject to change prior to booking confirmation. Our maintenance barn, stylized to fit 1cbarn's ambiance, is next door and occasionally utilized through a separate access. Additionally, for property protection, a surveillance game camera is installed to monitor our top parking area and front of the property. The main area was the perfect combination of functional space and cozy home feel. We were a bit disappointed in the kitchen due to the sparse baking wares and cooking utensils. The house was super clean when we arrived and the has lots of fun touches. There was plenty of space to spread out both inside and out, and some fun games to play. The distance to the Academy was perfect for our many trips back and forth. We enjoyed it so much we already booked our next stay! ##### James W. Colorado Springs has been a favorite vacation place for our family for years. The house and surrounding property were absolutely stunning! Lots of extra wedding decor to use and a great hot tub and fire pit! Plus lots of games in the garage area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! ##### Chastity W. The most magical house to have a wedding at whether it rains, snows or sleets. The house as is has its own beauty and does not need additional things done to it. Fit about 10 people comfortably in between the rehearsal and wedding both being at this house. Don’t hesitate, this house is AmAzInGgG! You will NOT regret it. ##### leah j. Séjour de 4 nuits en avril 2023 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Rivkah S., NYC 31 janv. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful property with some negative quirks Overall I liked staying at this property - the loft makes it feel like you’re in a fancy treehouse inside of a house and it’s absolutely beautiful, the hot tub was lovely, and there were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. However, I think the hot tub was dirty or there were bed bugs or something on the property because I came back from my trip there with itchy red bumps all over my stomach; the host started us off with 4 trash bags total for a group of 11 people for an entire weekend and had no extras so we had to purchase them ourselves; each bathroom only had max half a roll of toilet paper and there was no other toilet paper in the house so we had to purchase more ourselves; the cleaning instructions at check out were fairly intensive but we still had to pay a cleaning fee and I personally feel it’s one or the other. I think it wouldn’t have cost the hosts that much to have provided trash bags and toilet paper so we didn’t have to go out of our way to purchase them. It’s a small thing but it does affect how people view the house when you refuse to provide basic necessities that will last long enough for a large group. Also the trash can and dishwasher are pretty small for the size of the house and amount of guests that can stay there. ##### Rivkah S.
