"Well i have to says that at the beginning they given us a room not as the one we booked but after talks with stafff we were moved withour any problem. Staff at rest was excellent so as food as well as staff at breakfast they were excellent. If any thing i would say will be the insulation on bedrooms you heard everything if you are next to diaregarded guests but is something it can be tolerate. Overrall we spent a nice week. "We have a fabulous stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena. Hotel is very clean, has a great location close to shopping centers, stores and only like 10 minutes away from the Wall City. Everybody was very nice and attentive, Marcelo helps us get to our room and made great recommendations that help us with our stay. We loved having breakfast at the buffet, everything was delicious and Yulieth and Nimia always welcomed us with a great smile and was always a pleasure talking to them. We also have dinner at Kokau, everything was delicious as well. Our server Luis Miguel was amazing every recommendation he made was spot on. We have a great experience, we will be back soon!!"
