Great location close to beach, fortress and old town. Balcony overlooking square and fortress but steep stairs to third floor, front door does not lock. Pleasant, comfortable and good size space.

Great location

Fantastic location in the centre of Collioure. Up steep stairs - fine for us, but not for elderly or those with babies. The king bed was comfortable, but the twins more suitable for youngsters. The apartment is well planned, the kitchen well-equipped, and the bathroom is nice. It’s a smart little apartment in a great location.

La situation de l'appart est remarquable! Il est spacieux, bien éclairé et équipé, surtout la cuisine qui permet de préparer tous les plats. Les électro-ménagers et la clim (chauffage) fonctionnaient parfaitement.Seul petit b mol: il est déconseillé par la prop d'ouvrir les fenêtres (velux) dans les chambres à coucher ce que nous avons respecté, malgré notre envie d'aérer la chambre.Il faut savoir que l'escalier qui mène au 3me étage est un vrai petit défi, surtout pour les personnes d'un certain âge chargées de leurs bagages ;-)

Appartement charmant et agréable

Idéalement situé, l'appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, il est egalement très bien équipé. Au coeur de la ville mais calme, ce fut un excellent compromis pour nous. Le petit balcon et la place de parking sont de vrais atouts.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter le charmant village de Collioure et les alentours. On a passé un excellent séjour! Matériel à disposition pour les enfants en bas âge, très pratique mais attention aux escaliers de la mezzanine non sécurisés

Parfait !

Un logement parfaitement bien situé dans le Faubourg et avec un accès à tout à pied et un parking qui n'a pas de prix dans cette ville où les place de parking sont rares. Le logement est très fonctionnel et climatisé avec une décoration moderne et de bon goût. en terme d'équipement il y a tout : machine à lavée, lave vaisselle, four, micro-onde.. on ne manque de rien. Le process d'entrée-départ est très flexible et s'appuie sur une conciergerie très efficace et sympathique. Honnêtement, c'est le logement parfait pour des vacances tout confort à collioure ;-)

Très bien placé

Bel appartement, chambre sympa, cuisine équipée. Très bien situé face à la mer, de nombreux restaurants au pied de l’immeuble. Centre ville à 2 pas. Vue magnifique Attention escalier 3 étage raide et très étroit ( difficile de porter bébé etc ...)

L’appartement est est bien situé, le balcon est très petit.

Pour le garage à 400 m, l’emplacement est mal indiqué, et nous ne pouvions pas entrer dans la résidence où il se situait, car il fallait un badge pour lever une barrière qui ne nous avait pas été délivré à notre arrivée, mais la propriétaire a fait le nécessaire pour nous nous en fournir un au plus vite.

Un séjour fabuleux à Collioure...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Collioure dans cet appartement. Celui-ci est très bien agencé, très fonctionnel. Bien que tout soit à proximité (et en premier lieu, la belle plage de sable qu'on atteint en traversant la rue ! ), il est un peu en retrait de l'agitation des petites rues piétonnes commerçantes de l'autre côté du château.
