« I do not know what is more inviting the hosts or the home. Everything is so well planned out they have all your needs thought of in advance. The location is an exceptionally beautiful residential area, and it is right next to the train stop. You can roll out of bed and be on a ride to Philly in minutes. "NOTE" the train is quiet I think we only heard it once in the two days stay. We are looking forward to coming again next year and staying. Thank you again for making us feel very much at...

« This was my first VRBO rental and I was not disappointed. The guest cottage was beautiful and there was music playing and fresh cut flowers to add to the welcome ambience. Everything was perfect except for perhaps some difficulty navigating the TV electronics that we were not interested in watching anyway. It was very pet friendly without additional charges. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris! »

« We were here for just one night and this place was perfect. Easy access, clean, and very responsive host. My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option. Otherwise great stay. »

« The townhouse is in the perfect location for a weekend in Manayunk - easy walk to restaurants and train station. It’s on a quiet side alley/street which we appreciated. The renovation is tastefully done with special attention to making the most of small spaces and the gas fireplace heater was a lovely touch. High end appliances, good mattresses and lovely linens/towels. The stairs are steep but I am an agile 72 year old and with the handle bar and railings had no problems getting up and down....

« 14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. The only minor down side was the water heater struggled keeping up with 14 woman’s daily hygiene needs. Overall, everything was so wonderful and Eric was very pleasant and accommodating. « The stay is conveniently located but the area is really sketchy. The place is made of popsicle sticks and Elmer's glue; the construction is cheaply done and poorly executed. The hosts were the worst part. I asked for a photo of the building a few weeks ago and they were rude, gave me the runaround, and were downright uncooperative until I contacted VRBO directly to report them for a fraudulent listing. These people are the definition of capitalist opportunists. There's a lot of construction...
