« The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly »

« The Hotel is a little aged. Rooms could be updated. Area around the hotel: there is a few gas stations and a few places to eat close by. Most of the Restaurants and Walmart are about 4 miles away. The only real concern I had was. Closed down business next door. Overall, it was a Hotel right off the Interstate and it had easy off -easy on access back onto the interstate. If I were traveling back pass this location, I probably would stop again for a place to sleep. »

« We arrived at 2:35 pm and tried to check in. Normally we can pay an early arrival fee in these situations but we were not even given that option. I asked to check in and was rudely told I can be checked in after about 25 minutes and then the rude lady walked away. We went back out to our vehicle and waited. Went back in to check in after 25 mins. There was food and dirt all over the mat on the way in, all through the lobby, and even all over the rug in the elevator. Once we got to the room all...

« Buffet breakfast was good. Suite was roomy. Suite wasn’t ready when we went to check in so I was supposed to get a $60 credit which I never received. I had paid in full at time of booking through Expedia. »

« I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the room.I was there 8 days. By the end of my stay, you could write your name in the dust on the facial tissue holder. Used towels would be picked up; replacements not left. The shower was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk for facial tissues & toilet paper when mine ran out. The TV is extremely frustrating! You can't go directly to a channel using the remote. The guide scrolls endlessly but you can't select any shows from it.The quide...
