Great condo! The host has so many thoughtful things - coffee pods, laundry pods, straws, all kinds of things we all forget or don’t think about until we need it. Wonderful location, close to everything, including the beach! Super quiet area, the balcony is nice and you can see the ocean from it!

What a wonderful place to enjoy our family vacation. The condo was so well stocked and had everything we needed. Condo was super clean and has nice furniture, bedding, and towels. Would definitely stay again. Close to beach and pool is a great option!

Amazing Beach Front property

Adorable condo

We stayed here for a few nights before our cruise. It was super cute, clean, spacious and well stocked. Wendy even left us a tray of snacks and gifts. The beach was just a walk down the path. We would stay here again!

Great Winter Getaway

The location was perfect for our needs .. KSC, beautiful sunrises, a manatee & dolphin guided kayak tour with A1A, quality family time while puzzling and a rocket launch!!! From the cleanliness of the unit to all of the many small details, we could not have asked for a better experience. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were great and anything we could possibly need was provided. Wendy, our host, was very quick to respond with any inquiry we had. We’ve already discussed booking the same unit for another girls weekend next year! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in Cocoa Beach

We spent an amazing 5 days at this property. The condo is beautiful and is incredibly stocked with everything from beach stuff to everything you could possibly need for cooking. Wendy is amazing and resolved a minor issue immediately. The location is perfect and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Disney holiday 2023

The properties location was absolutely as described with direct access to the beach. We made good use of the beach equipment provided, with the children loving the sea and body boarding. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. We all loved cocoa beach and hope to be back one day.

Beautiful place to stay

Thank you for a wonderful vacation in Cocoa Beach. This is a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. Access to pool and beach very easily. Well equipped kitchen and beach supplies. Walking to grocery store and several restaurants a huge plus. We loved our stay here and hope to return again for a longer stay. What a great condo. Totally updated and very tastefully decorated. Saw other reviews stating how the place had everything and they weren’t kidding. Kitchen fully stocked. Had all types of drinking glasses for indoor, outdoor and insulated mugs for the beach. Spices, sandwich bags, paper products, shampoo, conditioner,body lotion, extra toothbrushes. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogey boards, tennis rackets and balls. Tons of games. Restaurant and tourist info. I’ve never rented a place that was so considerate of its guests by supplying all of these things. The swimming pool was awesome. Goes to 8 feet deep, which is unusual. Fantastic beach and location. Highly recommend this place!

Clean, Wonderful, and Perfect Location

Wendy's location was absolutely perfect. The condo was so beautiful, nicely renovated and modern. The bathrooms looked so beautiful. Everything on arrival was SO clean, and it was stocked with plenty of towels for the beach. In addition, there was a cooler and beach chairs, umbrella etc. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked as well. Check in and checkout was easy, and we loved the quick walk to the beach. Seriously, this place was amazing. Highly recommend. We loved our stay.

Great place with perfect beach access.

We love this place! Perfect beach access which was perfection to catch the spaceX launch. Walking distance to the pier, Tourist attractions, without being too close to Orlando. The only thing that could use improvement were the beds. We didn’t sleep well because they were all very worn or hard. Other than that, this was a perfect getaway! Wendy was great and had excellent communication. We will definitely be back.

Excellent host, good communications, very happy.

We came to watch NASA Rockets blasting off. We very much enjoyed this condominium. Lots of fun things to do on the Space Coast. We saw rocket launches and enjoyed the many Tiki restaurants in the area. At one restaurant, across the canal from the NASA facilities, we saw one of Elon Musk's rocket boosters being returned for reuse. One thing did surprise me. The pool closes at Sunset! I've seen pools close at midnight or in some cases 10 PM. But never as early as sunset, although some people did "fudge" this rule (not us). There is a nice tennis court, but it is not lighted. Very satisfied overall. When we return to the space coast, we will come here again.
