Art Bungalow is nestled within the gated community of mar-A-mar, with security 24/7, free parking spot and 2 pools: one exclusively shared among just 4 units and another shared with the entire community.  
  
Our Bungalow counts with a nice balcony, an open space kitchen and living room, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed plus a single bed and a full bathroom.  
  
A VIP concierge will be at your service before and during your stay, assisting with transportation from the airport to Santa Teresa (by plane or car/shuttle) and arranging rentals for ATVs, Rhinos, or 4x4 vehicles, ready at the property’s parking lot. We can also organize private chefs, Yoga and Pilates sessions, surf lessons, massages, and much more!  
  
The location is just perfect! In the heart of Santa Teresa Beaches, steps away from the best surf point known as La Lora, amazing restaurants, cafes, nice shops and supermarkets!  
  
From the parking, you have few stairs going down in our beautiful tropical garden.  
The bungalow is at the first floor!  
  
Our Bungalow is the perfect place to stay! With all the comforts of the gated community and few steps away from the entrance of the most beautiful beach in town know as La Lora.  
  
Our Bungalow counts with an open-space kitchen and living room, ideal for socializing and cooking, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and an additional single bed.  
The bathroom is thoughtfully designed, featuring two sinks, a shower enclosed by a door, and a separate toilet with its own door. This layout allows up to four people to use the bathroom simultaneously while maintaining privacy.  
A nice semi-private swimming pool (shared with just other 4 apartments) makes the difference in your stay!  
  
Art Bunaglow is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for comfort, privacy, and 24/7 security.  
  
  
  
We encourage you to rent a car or ATV to discover town and the beauty of the Peninsula.  
  
\- Internet: We have fiber optic with 2 different providers so when one service goes down, we have the other as back up!  
\- Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the bamboo near the bungalow, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!  
\- Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.  
\- Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season.  
It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.

#### Perfect Family Stay

We loved the apartment and having two pools was great. The beach was a very short walk across the road and down a trail and there are restaurants on the doorstep. Santa Teresa is the perfect surf and yoga town, has a good healthy lifestyle feel about it and feels safe. We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach so if one person had enough of the beach they didn't have to wait for the whole family. Lucia was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We will definitely come back and stay in this apartment.

#### Surfing heaven

Lucia was amazing. She hooked us up with airport transportation, massages, surf instructor, restaurants, car, daily housekeeping. Monkeys in the trees, whales breaching in the ocean. Just don’t be alarmed by the howler monkey calls in the middle of the night!
