"Clean room, great late night staff"

"Floors filthy, would not switch room to first floor even so family member has limited physical capability, no elevator. Mattresses were both soft and broken, killed our backs. Won’t be back - and we are rewards members!!!"

She called me back exactly when she said she would and empathized with my tired son and his friend who were traveling across the country. Stuff happens, but she was super nice about it and it made it much better. "

"Advertised breakfast but there was toast and butter o and some cereal coffee mug was empty, toilet urine in it been left there for who knows how long. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. If you enjoy the smell weed smoking all evening this is the place for you. "
