- Beautiful restored 1930’s Historic English Tudor Cottage in the Heart of Sedalia with 3 bedrooms and a den with a daybed with trundle. Home has hardwood floors, original walnut trim, fireplace, large yard with BBQ grill, fire pit, and picnic area. Located two blocks from the Katy Trail, eight blocks from downtown, 1.5 miles from Missouri State Fair Grounds and State Fair Community College. Perfect for a family, two couples, solo adventures, and business travelers. No smoking or pets are allowed. No parties or events are allowed
