Upon entering we noticed the place had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the sofa, the vents were heavily covered with dirt and dust. The carpet had not been vacuumed there was sand on it. The apt (12 units) has just 4 off street parking spots and the city tickets if you park on the street over night. Jimmy the apt manager did the best he could with what instructions he had been given.Overall after I went through and cleaned everything it was an ok situation. ##### Monyett A.
