👣 Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.  
  
👣 Please note that guests must navigate stairs to access the unit. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, as it\`s considered a \`garden apartment\` partially below the main/street level. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. Access to the coin-operated laundry room on the 2nd floor requires climbing up and down a few flights of steps as well.  
  
🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you\`re traveling with pets.  
  
Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.  
  
⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you\`ll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.  
  
◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.  
👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
