Alec was in constant communication with me throughout my stay. Instructions were clear for laundry, door codes, etc. Jimmy the property manager is absolutely awesome. The property is well manicured and the location is about 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland. If you like "mom and pop" restaurants, there are plenty in the area.
