Close to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital & University Circle Enjoy your stay at this centrally located, renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath - upper unit- in a two-family home in Little Italy. Apartment is complete with a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water/ice, coffee bar and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen table/bar was handcrafted with vintage pictures of Little Italy. The living room includes seating for 6 (all really comfortable seats, so no one has to argue), a smart TV, 3 poufs & coffee table - so that ALL may rest their feet from a long day, modern furnishings and a washer/dryer/linen closet. There are 3 bedrooms (2 King and 1 Queen). Each bedroom also includes USB plugs in the lamps, alarm clocks with sound machines, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and "ultra-quiet" ACs. Each bedroom also has a desk, chair & mirror for getting ready to hit the town, studying or work. This vacation/business rental delivers all the essentials so you can spend more time relaxing and exploring. We are in the heart of Little Italy; The Feast of the Assumption (each year in August) is directly in front of our house (church parking lot). Just down the street you can discover some of the best Italian Restaurants in not only Cleveland, but the State of Ohio, including Guarino's Restaurant - Cleveland's oldest restaurant. You will also discover shops, bakeries, bars - you name it! Don't be surprised if around 4 or 5 PM, you smell the restaurants cooking their fresh bread and Italian cuisine! It's easy to spend all day walking around Little Italy exploring local shops and tasting the pastries, Italian Ice & fine cuisine. It's a wonderful place to visit. A rarity for Little Italy: you will have two designated spots for parking in the driveway (for upstairs tenants’ use only – not designated for the downstairs tenants); street parking is also available. The backyard is a shared space with the downstairs tenants and is professionally landscaped; it has fig, pear & peach trees and grapes. We have big plans for the yard, visit us next time to see the ongoing updates. (Please note that the back and front porch are connected to the downstairs unit and are only for the downstairs tenants’ use.) To get you started with your stay (may be enough for the whole stay – depending on the length of your stay), we provide coffee, cream, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing detergent & garbage bags. We provide linens, towels & blankets. Wifi is also provided; TVs are smart tvs – you would need to use your own access codes for streaming platforms – please remember to log out of your accounts upon departure. The area holds many historical homes - our home is over 120 years old. It retains much of it's charm. You will notice the distinct framework and style when you arrive. However, along with such charm, some of the flooring is uneven. The stairs, combined with some uneven flooring may make it a challenge for some people with impaired walking abilities. Please remember that this is a two-family home. You will have tenants below you. Please be a good neighbor and be mindful of your noise level and respect quite hours, as we have advised them of the same. You may, at times, hear the tenants below you. We have installed cork underlayment to the flooring and extra insulation around the heat ducts to assist with noise control. Cameras are installed on the outside of the house only. Cameras are on each of the doors – one on the front door, one on the side door and one that covers both the back door and basement door. Cameras are in place for security. Note that we can see if more than the disclosed amount of people arrives for your stay. Unfortunately, any guests that have more than the house capacity (6 people), will result in a terminated contract and must vacate immediately. The home is in a family neighborhood and large parties are not allowed. I liked the location and the place was immaculate! Easy walking to Little Italy restaurants and sightseeing in that area! If we do a trip to Cleveland again I would definitely look to stay there again. ##### Linda B. Great layout and everything we needed for a one week stay. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds and shower were great. We prefer a dining room table but knew in advance that seating is counter-space or living room area. Host was quick, friendly and helpful when we had questions. Walked to museums. Very close to airport transit stop. Frequent freight trains nearby (and thankfully no train whistles) which we noticed but were not disruptive. We were only in town a short time for a wedding, but the place was clean and comfy and all information was easy to find. Communication was above par. We were moving our daughter into college at Cleveland Institute of Music and having an apartment allowed for privacy and ability to stage and prepare for move in day. We came from Montana for my husband to have surgery at Cleveland Clinic. It was about a 3-4 minute drive to the hospital which was WONDERFUL for us. The apartment was immaculate! It is roomy and so nicely decorated. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with everything we needed for cooking. The beds were SO comfortable! We came in Aug and the air conditioners kept it nice and cool. The neighborhood is ADORABLE! So many places to eat! We felt very safe walking each evening to a different restaurant. The host responded to me immediately and was just lovely. The "Rapid" is just across the way and we took it into the city one day which was great not to have to worry about parking. I expected our trip to be very stressful but having such a homey place to rest made this a truly peaceful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment! ##### Heather G.
