We attempted to contact again and nothing. Finally after waiting all those hrs they finally sent the code. When we got to the room there wad multiple problems like not enough dishes, pots and pans and there was coffee and filters but no coffee maker. There was a blind that didnt roll up, and a hole in the second bathroom which we took pictures of everything. All in all a terrible experience. I dont know how you (VRBO) could let a host like that on your site, i paid for relaxation and comfort and didn't get any of that. Ill be expecting compensation and a response from you soon. Communication dropped off when I confirmed an early arrival time, then upon arrival there was little assistance in checking in. When we did finally receive the lockbox instructions, there were no keys to enter the unit. The entire process for getting into our unit after arriving was a little over an hour.
