The two-story structure has two single bedrooms and a double children's bedroom with a roll under bed and a full bath, all on the second floor. The first floor has a large TV in the living room, a dining room, an enclosed porch and a full kitchen. There is also a half-bath right inside the entrance (side-door). My husband, mother, and mother-in-law had a wonderful time here while visiting my son who works nearby. Each of us had our own space, and there was a nice living area and seating for all of us to be comfortable. Though the house was older, all finishings were modern and new. Very clean. Great communication with the owners. Good location to all the attractions on our must-see list. The only minor complaint was that the hardwood floors creaked as you walked (including stairs), this was a slight issue for my MIL who is an extremely light sleeper.
