Being close to an RTA station was great as we were in town for the NCAA Wrestling Championships. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. What looks like a decent place to stay was actually dirty and ill-kept. Upon check-in we noticed that the alarm system had malfunctioned. While I was texting the property manager dealing with this, my husband was busy sweeping up dog hair. The office chair pictured in one of the bedrooms is stained and soiled with who knows what, and the window in the living room is broken and being held together with painter’s tape. If you look at the picture carefully you’ll see what I mean. My husband also cleaned the bathrooms himself beyond the normal wipe down you would expect to do. Needless to say, we vacated the property and had to find a new place to stay. The host and Vrbo were responsive but not really helpful. All they did was give me the run around. This was my first and last experience with Vrbo. Please book this place with extreme caution. ##### Mistee P.
