The property was amazing. It was within walking distance to both the Huntington convention center and the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The room itself was exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully, included all the amenities you could ask for from coffee to shampoo in the showers and the bed and sheets were very soft. If I ever come back to Cleveland, I will definitely stay again. The host was very welcoming and responsive.

There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to take the roll out of the other bathroom. No paper towels in the kitchen. The parking lot next door is terrible. We parked earlier than expected because of the rain storm at 4:30 pm. We were leaving the next morning at 6:45am. We did not know it was only 12 hours parking! We were going to pay extra for the 2 hours over the limit. The jerk at the lot said he had called a tow truck. If he had towed my car I would’ve been pissed and missed my appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. He was very rude!!
