Cute, Cozy, Comfortable and Close to Everything Cleveland!

A park-like setting among flowers and fruit trees, this 1247 sq. ft. home is nestled in a safe neighborhood in Cleveland. The 2 bedroom 1 bath home has hardwood floors throughout and a full kitchen which is perfect for your group of up to 4 people. It is close to the airport and public transportation, and is only 15 minutes away from downtown, 20 minutes from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and 25 minutes away from the Cleveland Clinic.

Sleeping:
We provide comfortable beds with fresh white sheets, blankets, comforters and a selection of pillows so you can have a great night of sleep. All linens are laundered in hypoallergenic detergent.

Bathing:
We provide all towels and starter soap/shampoo/conditioner in the remodeled bathroom featuring quality fixtures.

Kitchen:
All major appliances are included such as a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and full-size refrigerator. We include all necessary dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, and silverware. You will find a coffee maker and coffee waiting your arrival also!

Living Room:
The 55" 4K TV includes a Roku so that you can connect your favorite streaming services.

Recreation Room:
Our recreation room includes a ping pong table, 65" TV with Roku, Alexa, Sofa and an additional table with 4 chairs.

Yard:
The (mostly) fenced spacious double lot yard in a safe neighborhood of Cleveland includes a selection of flowers, fruit trees and plants. There is a picnic table and patio set in the back with a gas grille, and a covered front porch to enjoy summer evenings. The paved driveway can accommodate up to five vehicles. There are security cameras covering the front, side and rear of the property.

Ask about our fall stay-n-play package which include access to our Browns season tickets at a reasonable cost!

Note:
The second story is currently undergoing renovation and is not accessible to guests. We look forward to debuting a remodeled bedroom and second bathroom this May! The construction area is completely sealed off from the guest suite.

Terrible experience

When we arrived at the property, we noticed a horrible musty smell throughout the entire house. We opened windows to try to remedy it, but it did not help. To get away from the smell, we tried to sit outside but the porch furniture was covered with bird poop. We eventually went back in and the house was very dirty. The comforters had stains, the windowsills were covered in dirt and there were random stains/marks on furniture. Because of all of this (mostly the smell) we could not stay at all. We had to leave, find a hotel, and just lose out on the money. We contacted the owner shortly after arriving and sent him pictures of what we noticed but we got no offer to reimburse anything. Don’t waste your money.

perfect house and location

My sister, dad and I spent 2 days in this adorable house. We were utterly charmed by it, and by the many thoughtful touches throughout. We appreciated the home baked cookies, the pantry staples, the comfortable beds. The house is very close to the airport, yet somehow we didn't hear many planes. The neighborhood is safe, friendly and nice for long walks. Owners responded promptly every time and were super helpful. We loved it and will stay here again when we come back.

Perfect for any Cleveland trip!

Honestly couldn't have found a better spot to stay! It's the perfect location: near tons of food options, right by the airport (good for pickup of family, and the planes flying by was whimsical for us), and close to the red line for an easy trip into the city. Plus, it's a short all to the edge of Rocky River Reservation, where I found the end of a delightful trail for a morning hike!The property itself is very quaint with 60s vibes (creaky floors included) and is super well stocked for anything you may need. Plenty of sleeping room for multiple guests as well as separate communal spaces if you want some more space to wind down away from each other. And the host was very accessible and helpful. The overnight temp was set pretty low, which my sister was pretty sensitive too. The host checked in on is the next day, so I mentioned it, and they adjusted us for it remotely. Easy peasy!All in all, would highly recommend!

A week in West Park (Cleveland)

My wife and I grew up in the area and were in town for a family wedding. We both work full time and needed a quiet, comfortable place that would accommodate that need. This property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to highways, restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, et c. All of the amenities one needs for such a stay. The house itself is very clean and well kept. It was comfortable and homey. It was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, laundry supplies. It even had a decent collection of spices. We very much enjoyed our experience. Because we have family in the area and are in the area frequently, we definitely will use this property again.

Our host went above and beyond with great communication and even installed starlink to make sure we had internet. Clean, nice house in a quite area. We 100 percent recommend and will stay here again the next time we are in Cleveland
