About this property

Great Getaway

  • A wonderful family friendly one story house with a great location. It is an easy walk to the Clemson Campus and Lake Hartwell. The house sleeps 5-7 people comfortably and is located across from the Clemson Walker Golf Course and the Madren Center. The spacious yard allows room to enjoy the outdoors, and the location makes it convenient to take walks to campus and Hartwell dike paths.

    The family room has a large 55" smart TV with shelves filled with books and games. The kitchen has a small table for three, but the dining room can seat ten easily. The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full sized bed. The bath has a shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. In the office there is a full size futon. The laundry has a large washer and dryer.

    The spacious yard allows room to enjoy the outdoors and the location makes it convenient to take walks to campus and Hartwell dike paths. In the back there is a stone patio with a fire pit and chairs. The garage has a ping pong table. Parking is easy with a covered portion and enough space for an additional two or three cars.

We came here to drop our daughter off for her first year of Clemson. The house was Incredibly clean, well cared for and was a perfect place to stay close to campus. We will definitely visit again!

Wonderful Clemson Home Overlooking Golf Course!

We loved this home! We have a new Clemson Tiger and can’t wait to stay in this home many times again, when we visit our son! Great location, walking distance to campus, in a beautiful neighborhood. House had everything we could need or want and was clean with fun Clemson decor, and room to spread out!

Banana's Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had a great view of the Walker course and a great location near campus. The house was very spacious with 4 rooms to sleep in and a very well stocked kitchen. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent this home again.

Clemson Graduation Stay

Wonderful location for us as we were here from out of town to attend our daughter’s graduation. Has a beautiful view of the golf course. There were a few items we anticipated having (hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and coffee maker) that we did not but it was only a minor inconvenience since we had to stop for groceries anyway so we picked those items up. We would recommend this house to others.

The Betsy House

Perfect Clemson Weekend House

Claire was a very easy host to communicate with. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. We easily walked to the stadium and back. The house was super comfortable. We took advantage of the ping pong table and had a great weekend. The garage has an extra fridge. Drinks were left behind by prior renters and it was a pay it forward type of place. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful House/Great Location

It was a perfect weekend retreat with our son. We enjoyed the lovely, very clean house. It is in a quiet neighborhood with nice views looking out to the golf course. We enjoyed morning walks along the nearby lake and easy access to activities at Clemson. The owners were great and everything went smoothly.
