The home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious backyard with a seasonal pool and inviting outdoor living areas. This listing also includes the Owner’s Unit, a completely private space occupied by the owner only when the full 4-bedroom home is not booked. A rental agreement is required for all reservations and will be sent after your booking is confirmed. BEDROOMS Master Suite (Bedroom 1): California King pillow-top mattress with down-alternative pillows and 100% cotton sateen sheets. Ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large soaking tub. The room also features a dresser, nightstands with a side lamp and reading lamp, reading chair with side table, room-darkening curtains, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet stocked with a playpen with padded sheet, portable fan, space heater, iron, and ironing board. It is conveniently located in quiet neighborhood but still close to shopping centers. Kitchen and baths were well stocked with everything guests might need. The host is exceptionally easy to work with and quickly responds to all communications. The pool was amazing! This is a great house for family events/vacations! Would definitely come here again if we needed a large place. It was ideal, the bedroom spaces work spread apart, giving people the opportunity to have some private time. And then get together quickly, if that's needed the adjoined, bathrooms, are great beds we're comfortable we all slepped well plenty of parking out front easy to move in and out. Personal touches in the house. For fun The bookshelf was full of cool books and puzzles and games. Really enjoyed ourselves ##### David B. This rental was absolutely perfect for what we needed. All of my siblings came to town, along with all of our children, and our parents, to celebrate a family function. Rather than staying in hotel rooms, we chose this house so we could spend more time together. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. It literally felt like we were all at home sitting around visiting. House was stocked with what we needed and perfect space for all of our family to come over and gather for a large family meal together. Hosts were so sweet and kind. The host is very accessible with good communication. The house is very well stocked and supplied. We enjoyed a complimentary gift basket. Pool is seasonal so unable to use in March, same with fireplace. Overall clean inside, though this may be a pet home so if you have allergies to pets or plug in fragrances may have issue, we had no issue with this. ##### Wayne D.
