« I’m going to be honest because some of these 10/10 reviews feel really misleading. The only positive I can confidently give is that the staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. I booked two rooms, and unfortunately neither one met basic cleanliness expectations. Both had an odd smell, and the floors clearly needed a deep cleaning. « Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted....

« Basic room, but that's what we expected. Our neighbors were outside enjoying some pot and our room smelled very strongly of it. We carry air spray and dealt with it. Signage said this was a 100% no smoking facility inside or outside. Also the lamp next to the bed could not be turned on as the knob was non-existent. »
