« This was our first time at Clarklake and it won’t be our last! The lake and surrounding area are beautiful. It was peaceful and comfortable and just lovely. Our hosts have done an amazing job of the house and properties they own and maintain! The beds were so comfortable, the furniture was as well. I loved the artwork!! Some of it has been made by the owner, Megan. It’s so pretty and there’s one piece I wouldn’t mind owning. We even had a sweet calico cat adopt us- she was so tame and let us pet...

« My daughter and I spent Mother's Day weekend plus a couple more days at this cottage, both last year and this year. It's clean, bright and cheery with a great view of the lake. My daughter went kayaking while I watched from the deck. We went into town on the Saturday night for a nice dinner, but other than that, we spent most of the time in the cottage. Oh, we got tattoos!! « We were fortunate that Michigan weather blessed us! Great location but the stairs to lower level are a challenge for elderly (we are 70 and 74). Next time we would go for upper level! Even so, they are pet friendly and we had a small dog so the space was great and gave her freedom contained by steps!! Would definitely recommend! »

« My entire extended family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Turtle Point! All the water "toys" (i.e., boats) were a huge plus. We loved being on the lake and away from other houses. It felt very private. The house is beautiful. Gail and company were wonderful hosts and were even able to accommodate my request for a late check out time. We were in town for a family wedding, and this was the perfect place to relax in between events. We rented Neil's pontoon boat which was a lot of fun. »
