« There is no one to answer the door and open it at 8am, eventhough they confirmed by email that someone will open the door and assist me to have the luggage to be kept in a storage room before 2 pm check in. I was not informed that a copy of all passports have to be submitted as well. I had to have an italian local speak to them over the phone and clarify the instructions. »

« Take Note, there is construction going on in front of the property and the entry way is a bit less presentable than you would expect of a place like this. DO NOT let this keep you from staying here! It's like a mini hotel inside this place. The room was smaller but VERY modern! It's a good location of you are getting on to a cruise ship or even off the cruise ship. I walked with a very bad back and a painful knee and made it quite easily to the cruise shuttle bus terminal.
