"The location of the property is great for getting around Panama especially by the bus or metro. Staff is very friendly and helpful even with a language barrier - I don't know much Spanish. Clean rooms with good amenities. Good buffet breakfast."

"Prometieron un desayuno, donde dan a entender en sus fotos que es en un Restaurante o Cafetería y resulta que es que y lo llevan a la Habitación a las 7:00 A. M. tocándote la puerta tan fuerte que me sentí en la cárcel. Y el desayuno parecía tal cual a la que le dan a los prisioneros. Muy mala atención y servicio. No lo recomiendo para alguien que esta buscando un servicio donde se respete la privacidad y un trato amable y bien atendido. Por mi parte no regreso más. Ni los voy a recomendar a mis amistades. "

"We chose to stay at the Waymore for our honeymoon to Panama. The best thing about this hotel is the location. There were a lot of food options and souvenir shops within walking distance of the hotel. I was sad to find out that the pool was closed for remodeling-they did not inform us of this prior to our stay. Hotel staff did offer the option to go to a nearby hotel 15 minutes away and use their pool and even offered a complimentary shuttle service to get there. Breakfast was only okay. They offered the same thing every single day. The hotel advertised a chef to prepare eggs on the spot- I never found this. The hot lamps didn't keep the food hot, instead it tasted soggy and slightly warm. When we first checked into the room, the soap dispenser on the wall was practically empty and this was NEVER refilled during our 8 night stay. The water pressure in the shower was very spotty sometimes would barely drip out. The water wasn't wasn't always hot and we found ourselves showering with cold water at times. I think one of the biggest complaints of our stay is that there was a maintenance worker on a scaffold right outside of our window and mind you we were staying on like the 12th floor. The maintenance worker was outside our window at like 10 AM when our curtains were wide open and I had just gotten out of the shower and was trying to get dressed. The hotel room had 1 singular light in the ceiling which barely provided any lighting- so we had to close the shades. "

"The hotel is lovely, it’s a shame that the staff service doesn’t reflect. Our check in process by the check in staff was very cold. I had already messaged the hotel as we had stayed there a few days prior and non of my requests were met. There was a turn down service on our last night there which seemed quite odd as it was offered before. The breakfast was good for a city hotel. Staff have to promoted about hot drinks, the time your drinks arrive you’ve almost finished breakfast. Overall a good stay. "
