"Ok for an overnight stay, though I found it difficult to sleep from loud guests until late at night and staff talking to each other very loudly starting from 6am the next morning. "

"The hotel staff were nice and rhe room was clean and as expected for a budget hotel in this part of town, my issue is with the attached restruant. The staff are rude and ufreindly and refused to give me my jubilado discout that is the law and that I have the right identification for. Shameful disrespect to a panamanian resident."

"The staff were not friendly at all any time we encountered them. The sink in the bathroom leaked a stream of water and even after informing the hotel, they did nothing to resolve it or nueve us. The pool was not working and completely drained. The hallways were very dark throughout the property. Even though we’re staying there for 4 nights, each day our keys stopped working and we had to get them reset each day. The restaurant was anything but good. The food was very bad tasting. There were no coffee pots in its rooms and we had to pay for coffee daily, which was only about a 3 oz cup for $4 USD. "

"The property is good overall. The location is close to most major attractions.The lobby looks nice, spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks little English but was able to use translation.Free parking in the garage which is safe and secured. The room is spacious. AC is very good. Free breakfast! There's rooftop pool and bar. There are 2 things we do not like: (1) There's no hairdryer (not in the room, not at the lobby); (2) The room key has to be reset everyday but we was not notified about it. Everytime we came back to the room, we could not open the door and had to come down to the lobby. That's why I gave it 4 stars."
