  • Bright, spacious condo with sweeping view of OTR and downtown, just minutes from everything. This 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom home allows provides the perfect escape during your visit! Coffee, sunshine and a view!

    Both bedrooms include their own full bath, and a closet for storage. Off the primary bedroom is a covered deck, featuring some of the best views of the downtown basin anywhere. Enjoy coffee or dinner in on the deck under lights of your choices of color with the rustle of sweet potato vine in the breeze. The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the unit off the kitchen, is quiet and cozy. A perfect yin and yang.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the towels in the wash and strip the beds - the bed linens can be left in the bedrooms.
Remove all trash, the cans are at the bottom of the stairs as you're leaving, to the right.
If you have the AC way down or the heat way up, please set them at 77 (summer) or 68 (winter) - I know you can't see the exact numbers, ballpark for those is plenty fine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
