The hotel has nice views, but the bathrooms need renovation. The shower is not working properly, and the hall bathroom needs renovation. The food there isn't that good, especially the steak. They don't have an iron in the room they charge you for ironing your clothes.the pool for me needs two more stairs holding.

Belle chambre belle vue

Très grande chambre face à la mer. Nous sommes arrivés après 21h , le restaurant devait être fermé, ils se sont démenés pour nous chercher des pizzas. Il y a une petite crique pour pouvoir se baigner en mer (échelle pas très facile pour remonter) et une piscine d’eau de mer. Super expérience en octobre, saison creuse pour ici.

C’est une colonie de vacances pour la capitale. Piscine publique payante, avec repas de baptêmes noces les week-ends . Vous-vous trouvez loin de tout sans autre choix, dans une chambre qui ressemblerait plutôt à des dortoirs. Bon courage

Es stimmt, dass die Unterkunft schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber alles ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, aber es wird tatsächlich nichts nachgelegt. Man sollte also pünktlich erscheinen. Der Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Er wird täglich mit frischem Meerwasser befüllt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen, auch wenn das eine oder andere verbesserungswürdig ist.

Séjour convenable. Grande hôtel avec beaucoup du personnels, mais ils ne font pas grand chose car. Pas de client bizarre. Grande chambre avec un lit très dur, et le moteur de la climatisation bruyant. Petite salle de bain, pas de gel douche, mais beaucoup de petits cafards a cause de la planche en bois dans la douche.

Oú sont les quatre étoiles ?

Tout d’abord, lorsque je suis entrée dans la chambre, le personnel n’est même pas capable de me dire bonjour ou même bon séjour. Ensuite, je suis arrivé pour déjeuner vers 14h50 sachant que le buffet ferme à 15h30 lorsque je suis allé me servir il n’y avait que du riz j’ai dû beaucoup attendre. Alors que, le lendemain je suis reparti au buffet qui ouvrait à 12h30 celui ci ne fut ouvert qu’à 14h. Cependant j’ai eu la bonne surprise d’être servi par une personne très agréable et attentionnée qui m’a accompagné tout au long du séjour. Néanmoins, j’ai comme même bien mangé, bien profité de la piscine. De plus la climatisation ne marchait pas et il y avait des insectes de partout. Je n’ai pas aimé la réception le personnel peu professionnel. Pour conclure je ne dirais Pas que ce n’est un bon hôtel , puisque que pour passer la journée c’est très bien je dirais juste qu’il ne correspond pas à un quatre étoiles. De

Het personeel heeft nog veel te leren wat betreft service gericht denken. Het ontbijt was vaak onvoldoende voorbereid (tafels niet goed gedekt, eten op enz.). Bij navraag werd over het algemeen geïrriteerd gereageerd in plaats van service-gericht en lerend voor de toekomst. Ik vind het niet gepast dat gemorste koffie over de rand van een kopje met een schuurspons uit de wasbak wordt afgeveegd en aan je wordt geserveerd. Best mogelijk dat het servicepeil in Kaapverdië niet mag worden gemeten aan de Europese norm maar ik kon geen enkel leerproces ontdekken. Onze airco was stuk, het duurde 5 dagen voordat deze was gerepareerd. Ook zaten we in eerste instantie in een appartement zonder warm water, zonder stoelen set op het balkon enz. Nee, ik zou dit complex niet aanbevelen.

Es war alles super.Sehr sauber.Das Personal freunxli h ,hilfsbereit .Das Frühstückt war auch Okay. Geklappt hat auch xie Abholung vom Airport ,aber mit einem normalen Taxi .6 Personen einschließlich Fahrer fünf grossen Koffer und Handgepäck zuzügli h Rucksäcke und Taschen das geht garnicht ,und es war unmöglich.Das gleiche gilt auch für den Rücktransport zum Airport.
