Cibola General Hospital Tours and Activities

My stay was overwhelmingly positive; however, there were a few small hiccups that are worth mentioning. First of all, the staff were absolutely fantastic! It seemed like everybody, from the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff to the receptionists went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Marleni, Daniel, and Tristan were very friendly and incredibly helpful! While the upkeep seams overwhelmingly good, the property was rough around the edges at places. The power strip that had plugged in our microwave was severely frayed, and kept turning off; we eventually had to unplug it all together and plug it in elsewhere in the room to get it to work unplug it all together and plug it in elsewhere in the room to get it to work. We addressed the concern with staff, but it was not fixed in the time we stayed there. Breakfast, while feeling and satisfying, was a little underwhelming however, the rooms were clean, the pool area was very well kept, and our stay was overwhelmingly positive!

On the second of a four night stay my room was not cleaned. I returned at 5:30 after having been gone for eight hours. It was refreshed after I spoke to the desk.

Quiet elegant hotel in a good location with above average resturants. Nice gym and pool area. Good resturant with outside dining.
