"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"It was okay. There's not much to do in the area, but it's very peaceful. Back in November I booked a 1bdrm place for a few days leading up to NYE. Got downgraded to a studio on arrival, because other guests wanted to stay longer. They refunded some of the cost. The venue was nice."

Someone was apparently smoking in their room. Everyone moved out in an orderly manner onto the street. But there wasn’t any hotel staff around giving us direction or telling us what was going on. "
