"At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. "

"The view from this beautiful home was amazing, pictures just don't reflect how captivating it really is. The house has everything you can think of, plenty of beds, abuntantly equipped kitchen, garage, two very large dining tables, etc. We spent 5 nights there over spring break with 5 teenage boys who all agreed the gameroom was 'legit'! It was nice for them to have their own space. We spent 4 days skiing at Wolfcreek which is a beautiful drive minus the spring break traffic. It was our first visit to Pagosa Springs and the only thing we would do differently is stay longer. We'll definitely book this home for our next visit!"

I can’t say enough about the property jetted bath tubs all the antique decor the Mountain View’s and the chef created a memorable meals for us!!
