This modern and sun-filled 1-bedroom apartment is the perfect home base whether you're here for business, food, fun, or all three. The Space: HIGHLIGHTS Located right on W Lake St in the buzzing West Loop/Fulton Market Steps to award-winning restaurants, rooftop bars, cafes & boutiques Close to Morgan CTA Station (Green/Pink lines) for quick access across the city Easy walk to downtown, River North, and the Loop Safe, trendy neighborhood loved by locals and travelers alike (Note: Got couple of cozy spots like this one in the building. They’re all set up with what you need, though the layout or style might vary a bit.) Guest Access: Heads-up: our place is on the upper floor and you’ll need to take the stairs—there’s no elevator. Other Things to Note: \-Before confirming your stay, a short screening and ID verification are required. \-Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. Everything was close to where we were which made traveling a lot easier. Apartment is a pretty decent size I would recommend just 2-3 people. You can easily contact the host about anything and they’ll respond within a timely manner. The only down side of this place was the shower cleanliness itself.
