Property was clean and updated while keeping historic charm, neighborhood felt very safe, parking was never a problem. Two window a/c units were adequate on mid-90 days.We could not find walkable dining or shopping, but the nearby park was nice. We found great pickleball at Horner Park and at Welles Park.The property is next to the very active brown line, but the sound kind of became background noise. The mattress was too soft for my liking. Nicely to updated with all new appliances and furnishings. It is adjacent to the train station, which is convenient but can be noisy if the windows are open. The only real drawback for me was the white blinds in the bedroom which didn’t block the light when the sun came up at about 5:30am. After the first night, I covered them with towels so I wouldn’t be awoken so early. ##### Diane J.
