Our host was able to let us into the property early the day of arrival and check out was a breeze. There is another rental unit upstairs and there was definitely some noise from that unit but wasnt terrible. The L is right behind the unit and runs approx every 10 min thought-out the night but isn't terrible disruptive except from the back bedroom.
