The home was spotless when we arrived and immediately felt warm and welcoming. With spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms, it fit our big crew (five kids and two adults!) perfectly, everyone had their own space to relax. We loved how easy it was to hop on the highway to Chinatown, one of our favorite spots to hang out and explore. The location really gave us the best of both worlds: close to the city’s attractions but in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was amazing, always in touch, kind, and responsive. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay perfect. What made it special was how at home we felt the entire time. We left already talking about when we could come back! Communication was not great and very automated. The neighborhood is said to be quiet but during the day you could easily hear loud music/base that shook windows. Drivers for Uber said it’s not a “safe” part of Chicago. We had no issues, but something to be aware of. We didn’t feel 100% comfortable using the train stated in walking distance after speaking with Uber drivers. Overall, the stay was great. Just be prepared to drive yourself into town or pay a boat load for Ubers. Lastly, the AC is very loud. If you want a comfortable cool stay, be ready to hear it. ##### Jessica P.
