When we arrived, we went to the 4th floor (ad stated rooftop). We were notified 3 hours later after we had gone out that it should have been the 3rd floor. We quickly came back and moved our stuff to the proper room.The code was exactly the same - the whole problem could have been situated much sooner (very unnerving and a security risk). The landlord was very unfriendly and consistently asserted that we were the only ones to blame. The next day, we were messaged by the landlord stating he needed to come in and change the batteries on the lock. We informed him we were out and we would be back in the evening and that he was welcome to change the lock while we were away. We got back around 9/10pm and the host decided to randomly show up at 11pm. We both felt this was very inappropriate.
