Enjoy your stay with the whole family at this beautifully renovated house with and open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with smart tv's in all the bedrooms and quick reliable wifi for all to enjoy.

Home is located only minutes from the highways, enjoy the deck right off the living room and overlooking a private yard . House also has a fully finished basement with 2 of the bedrooms, a full bathroom and a theater room with a sectional sleeper sofa if more space is needed. We can comfortable sleep 12 however there is a fold up memory foam mattress onsite that is available to accomidate up to 14 people if needed.

Great house in a nice neighborhood

We had a great stay at this property. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. House is very clean, with all the accommodations you would need. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions and checked multiple times to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend this property

Great Location in Fantastic Neighborhood

This home is located in a fantastic neighborhood. Our family took lots of walks around the quiet and pretty area. The yard was fully fenced-in and our dogs were able to enjoy the large back yard. When we arrived we were unable to unlock the door but Mark answered immediately and solved the problem over the phone.We had everything we needed in the home. It was quiet and comfortable. Plus it was very easy to get to the city or to Oak Brook Mall from this location. Would highly recommend for families.

Great Rental in Elmhurst

We had 4 adults and 2 kids. This place was perfect for our long weekend visiting family and heading downtown. Elmhurst train station isnt far away and took train downtown Chicago 2 days. This place is in quiet neighborhood and the rental served our purpose. Had to interact with property manager a couple times and very quick to respond. We had no issues and exactly as advertised through pictures. Highly recommended!

A Great Stay in Elmhurst

The house is lovely and located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Our host Mark was very accommodating and responsive. When we informed him thatthe pack-and-play and high chair advertised in the listing were not there, he personally went out and bought new ones, and delivered them. We would certainly stay at this property again.he went out

Wilder Mansion Wedding Weekend

Property is wonderful. Very clean, easily accessible and well appointed. Easily can sleep 8 in beds with space and couches to accommodate another 4-6. Owner was quick to respond to a question we had upon arrival and then did a follow up to insure everything was fine. I rented two homes in the area for the weekend and the communication, professionalism and cleanliness of the homes was night and day. You will not be disappointed in staying at this property if you need to be in Elmhurst or the surrounding area. Thank you! My only suggestions would be to supply a toaster and also a binder of house rules and nearby restaurants and activities.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The neighborhood is nice and not too far from what we needed. The listing is accurate and the host was very fast at answering any questions I had, we had a few last minute changes and Mark was very helpful. Definitely recommend and will consider again if we have to visit this great state.

Neighbors Parking Issue

I really enjoyed my stay. I just didn’t agree with us being put out due to the Parking situation when it was no other complaint. We are very reserved as a family.We knew the rules however this was very frustrating. I am the Birthday girl of the party. And we had a funeral the same day that we attended. But no complaint otherwise great experience. Owner was very pleasant and chill thank you for helping me overall celebrate my 30th in your home and the quick gathering after the funeral. 9/10 highly recommend. Owner should consider relocating or selling his property. The neighbors will continue to cause issues by contacting the police so quickly. We were told by police that. They had no problem with us and was surprised that we were so quiet. They wasn’t worried about us at all.
