Pool wasn't open yet didn't say so on the website. Quiet time wasn't observed and rooms were loud until after midnight staff did assist in helping to stop

This Hotel has everything. The people are fantastic. The room and the Hotel is spotless. Wish I had used the before,,,,WILL use them again.

Cherokee Grand Hotel
Staff were nice, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were dated but clean. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable (the coils/springs were extremely noticeable) so we were not able to sleep much at all. The staff were very accommodating by changing our room but the bed was not any better. ...
