"Colonial Inn is roadside Motel. So it’s not the Ritz Carlton. That being said, exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with how clean the bathroom was and the level of details in terms of everything from the way the soaps were placed and towels folded. It would’ve been nice to have more power outlets or power strip near the desk I would go back."

"I was surprised that we did not automatically receive clean towels everyday or have our beds made. We asked one of the maids and they did it one day?? We had breakfast one day at The Brook and it was very nice. Received an excellent decaf espresso. Best I’ve ever gotten."

"The room was very nice. It looks like everything that the picture showed when I looked online. It looks like everything was recently updated. It was an easy check-in and easy checkout. There were small minor things that were irrelevant that I didn’t like. I didn’t like that the tub had a few chipped parts. I didn’t like that I bought for a queen size bed, but they gave me a full size. I appreciate it the continental breakfast, but there wasn’t much to pick from during breakfast. It was just cereal, waffles, pastries, and fruit."

"Welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to airport and local bus service. Good parking. Landscaping softens the look of the hotel. Very well maintained. Iron Works restaurant is an easy walk with a good menu. Hyatt Place will staff prepare light food - sandwiches, chicken wings, wine, beer … I’ve stayed here several times when arriving/ departing Rhode Island."
